The HPA clinic in VRSA and the HPA hospitals have EMRs with all data. Not sure why you had to provide to your doctor…perhaps because you didn’t go to the clinic’s lab. But as someone that sold EMRs and worked with hospitals in the States for 30 years I find provider and patient access to medical records much better in PT.
As a person who has been retired for a year I know some people warned me about “sense of purpose”. I was also told that much of that feeling comes from an unstructured day (we are raised as highly structured time). Have you considered doing something type of “schedule “. I set a time every morning and afternoon and read for an hour+. (As if it’s my job!) also do you meal plan and prep? Thats a job with big rewards.
Don’t do a full on schedule, but a little structure goes a long way. Set a time everyday to a craft ( great for creative outlet) I go to the pool everyday, on a schedule. I do that to prioritize it just like “work”. I try not to let things interrupt it, appointments that can happen at a different time.

I’m loving this suggestion. Thank you!
